Dr Julie Goh believes that by releasing tension in the nerves that exits the spine; it leads to improve function and balance. Alongside proper nutrition, rest, fitness and a positive mentality are the key ingredients to a healthier you. You will often hear her say, “Ever heard of a spine transplant? Neither have we. So care for the only one that you have”. Dr Julie Goh also enjoys educating her patients about how to maintain a healthy spine. She is always asking the question “do you have any questions or concerns”. She believes the more you ask, the more you learn. Understanding your condition is just as important as treating it.
